These terms of delivery are valid from 24.9.2013.

THIS IS A TEST STORE FOR THE MYCASHFLOW E-COMMERCE SOFTWARE. ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED, PAYMENTS ARE NOT CHARGED, AND PRODUCTS ARE NOT DELIVERED.

Online Store

This store is a test store for the MyCashflow e-commerce platform. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the order will only be used for the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities that may arise unless otherwise specified. By ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and commit to the delivery terms that are currently in force.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment service is Klarna Checkout, which offers invoice, installment payment, card payment, and online bank payment options.

By providing information at checkout, you accept the terms of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Norra stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm). By pressing the Buy button, you accept the general terms of the MCF Kauppa online store.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which includes your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs

The delivery costs include postal and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart based on the primary delivery method available. You will see the exact delivery costs once you have selected your preferred payment and delivery methods for the order. The available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose from the available delivery methods that best suit you, with the exact delivery cost presented alongside.

Delivery Time

Our typical delivery times to Finland are 2-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates are indicated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will notify you immediately of any potential delays after you place your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. The online store will inform about any exceptional delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

Peruuttamisoikeus

Teillä on oikeus peruuttaa tämä sopimus 14 päivän kuluessa syytä ilmoittamatta. Peruuttamisen määräaika päättyy 14 päivän kuluttua siitä, kun viimeinen tavaraerä on vastaanotettu tai ladattavien tuotteiden kohdalla tilauksen vastaanottohetkestä.

Peruuttamisoikeuden käyttämiseksi teidän on ilmoitettava meille päätöksestänne peruuttaa sopimus yksiselitteisellä tavalla (esimerkiksi kirjeellä postitse tai sähköpostilla). Voitte käyttää myös tulostettavaa palautuslomakettamme, mutta sen käyttö ei ole pakollista.

Peruuttamisen määräajan noudattamiseksi riittää, että lähetätte ilmoituksenne peruuttamisoikeuden käytöstä ennen peruuttamisajan päättymistä.

Peruuttamisen vaikutukset

Jos peruutatte tämän sopimuksen, palautamme teille kaikki teiltä saamamme suoritukset, myös toimituskustannukset (paitsi lisäkustannuksia siitä, että olette valinnut tarjoamastamme edullisimmasta vakiotoimitustavasta poikkeavan toimitustavan), viivytyksettä ja joka tapauksessa viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen saatuamme. Suoritamme palautuksen sillä maksutavalla, jota olette käyttänyt alkuperäisessä liiketoimessa, ellette ole nimenomaisesti suostunut muuhun, ja joka tapauksessa siten, että teille ei aiheudu suoritusten palauttamisesta kustannuksia.

Teidän on lähetettävä tavarat takaisin viivytyksettä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruuttamisilmoituksen tekemisestä. Määräaikaa on noudatettu, jos lähetätte tavarat takaisin ennen kyseisen 14 päivän määräajan päättymistä.

Olette vastuussa vain sellaisesta tavaroiden arvon alentumisesta, joka on seuraus- ta muusta kuin tavaroiden luonteen, ominaisuuksien ja toimivuuden toteamiseksi tarvittavasta käsittelystä.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to claim a package is not the same as a return or cancellation. For an unclaimed package that has not been separately canceled, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem Situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days to the address mentioned in the Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions section or by calling the phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the transport company of your chosen delivery method.
